- प्रति प्रश्न ₹6 से शुरु। हर प्रोडक्ट की कीमत संबंधित पेज पर बताई गई है। कोई छिपा शुल्क नहीं।
- उत्तर मिलने में कितना समय लगता है?
- अधिकांश प्रश्नों का उत्तर 5 घंटे में मिल जाता है। यदि 7 दिनों में उत्तर न मिले, तो पूर्ण धनवापसी के पात्र हैं।
- क्या मुझे खाता बनाना होगा?
- किसी पासवर्ड की आवश्यकता नहीं। हम आपके फ़ोन पर भेजे गए OTP से या सरल Google साइन इन से सत्यापन करते हैं।
- क्या मेरी जानकारी निजी रहती है?
- आपकी अनुमति के बिना कुछ भी सार्वजनिक नहीं किया जाता।

- Why does the 'Ask a Question' service need my birth details?
- The 'Ask a Question' service uses your birth chart (natal chart) for a deeper, personalised reading. Your date, time, and place of birth allow our counsellor to analyse your specific planetary placements and give a more precise answer.
- How is the quality of 'Ask a Question' answers ensured?
- Each answer is reviewed personally by one of our trained Vedic astrology counsellors. Our team reviews every question before responding. If you are not satisfied, you can write to us and we will review the answer.
- What happens during a Personal Consultation?
- A Personal Consultation is a live one-to-one voice call with one of our Vedic astrology counsellors. You can ask multiple questions covering astrology, numerology, and life decisions. The call is typically scheduled within 24–48 hours of booking.
- What is Jyotish (Vedic astrology)?
- Jyotish — often called Vedic astrology — is the ancient Indian system of astrology rooted in the Vedas and classical texts like Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra. It uses the sidereal zodiac and planetary periods (dashas) to analyse tendencies, timings, and karmic patterns.
- Is Vedic astrology accurate?
- Vedic astrology has been refined over thousands of years as a tool for self-understanding and timing guidance. Our counsellors apply classical principles faithfully. Treat any astrological guidance as one perspective — not as a certainty — and make your own informed decisions.
- What payment methods are accepted, and is my transaction secure?
- We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, netbanking, and wallets via our payment gateway partner. All transactions are processed over encrypted connections (HTTPS). We do not store any card or payment information on our servers.
